The Health and Fitness Ministry resumed its Saturday meetings at 5:00p in the outside chapel.
This is a Walking and Fellowship Ministry to get stronger spiritually and physically. This Ministry is for those looking for a closer relationship with God through walking together, relying on God to get help to manage your weight and sharing resources to get healthier and fitter. The fall term runs through December 16. We will read and reflect on selected Bible Verses that guide us to get healthy bodies, take care of God’s temple, and will walk for 30 minutes meditatively together. Our goal is to walk 60 miles by Christmas. This is about the distance from Jerusalem to Nazareth. For more information, please contact Elvira Beracochea.
